As you may have seen, the BlogTalk 2009 organizers published our "Call for Proposals" yesterday, and we are delighted that the news has started to spread through blogs and microblogs alike.

Academics, developers and practitioners in the areas of social software and social media are invited to submit a one-page abstract (up to 600 words) describing work they would like to present at BlogTalk 2009. Following a review process, successful proposals will be invited to present and also to submit either a short or long paper (four or eight pages respectively). As with BlogTalk 2008, abstract submission is carried out through the friendly EasyChair service.
